Very slow download speed, Worlds+Avatars

Hey people,
Does anyone else since a few days have a very slow download speed in VRC?

When I join a world no matter which one I download it 1 per 1 MB despite having a fast connection; and even my own avatars don't load in before a few minutes; it stays on 0/1Mb if I look up and I'm in the blue-losange loading one for a long time.

I can see a lot of threads about this but they are kinda old and it never happened to me so just wondering if "something new" came up and I have to touch some settings?

I get slower download speeds then I did before it seams like. They use to be much faster but it may be the default settings as I did a fresh install the other day to fix some driver issues with my new video card. Maybe check your settings about download/upload in the game? I know you can choose the size allowed for slower connections.

This question was answered on the past on this post. The workaround was textually:

open cmd by right clicking on it and select open as administrator

enter the below command

netsh interface tcp show global

look at line 2 "Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level" if it says disabled you need to turn it on

enter the below

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

Little update, if you have this problem and you're from France (using Orange ISP) this is an internal problem that AWS has with our data centers.
The Lost Ark forums are on fire since 1 week because you get crazy ping and unstable connection and no one can play so I assume this is the same issue we have in VRC.
Just made the link and realized this VRC problem started the same day I couldn't play Lost Ark smoothly as well so we have to wait for them to fix this.
