How do I get an account link token?

I have subscribed to premium, but I cannot find a way to link my account to the web page so I can change my account picture. It says I need a token.
I just want to link my steam account to my web account so I can change my display picture/username because somebody told me I was using a basic account.

Login to VRChat using steam then go to the settings tab in the main menu (not the quick menu) There should be a button somewhere at the bottom that says upgrade account, that's where you get the token.
