Please, any help at all is appreciated.
It's usually a glitch, go to the model screen, hit select like you usually would to assign bones.
Try unchecking the "optimize model". Hit apply, it worked for me. You can also try going back into "configure" bones screen and then leaving and applying no changes. Hit apply and retry the build upload.

First off, make sure the names aren't changed, sometimes Spine will be set to UpperBody or something weird, and usually this only occurs when the model was pre-rigged.
I have spent almost 2 weeks working on this if I could just file drop it to someone and have them take a peek I would be very grateful.
I don't mind seeing if I can't rig it and test it out myself, can you give me a link to a dropbox or something? (I can't do MMD models, though)
I don't know how, but I got it to where my model is now available to me in the game... but no matter what his feet always go through the ground, his model is facing backwards, and his arms stick straight out in front of him palms facing outward.
I've run into a mess it seems.
