Report a translation problem
1. Go to an avatar world and you'll find these podium looking things with pictures of the avatar floating above them (usually how it looks). Click on it to change.
2. I'm not sure how it works on desktop, but you need to get to the point where you can point and click at users and if they're using a public avatar you can clone it.
3. You can create your own avatar or download one and then upload it using a Unity plugin for the VRChat SDK. This website contains a guide and links to install the SDK https://docs.vrchat.com/docs/choosing-your-sdk
