How do you get other skins without the membership?

Does anyone know how to get skins for vrchat? I use a PC and I don't have an actual VR headset so I'd like it if someone could help me out and send me a link to a website if possible. I still don't know how this works so I'm also not even sure if there is a website for skins.

You don't need VRC+ for anything, really. Any website you can get 3d models from you can use to create an avatar if you dont want to create the model from scratch.

Just go to avatar worlds and you can get avatars, you don't need vrc+

Avatars come from "avatar worlds" where people upload a bunch of avatars to. If you go to the world list, there should be a tab for for the most popular avatar worlds! No membership needed!

Alright so there are three official ways to get avatars in VRChat.

1. Go to an avatar world and you'll find these podium looking things with pictures of the avatar floating above them (usually how it looks). Click on it to change.

2. I'm not sure how it works on desktop, but you need to get to the point where you can point and click at users and if they're using a public avatar you can clone it.

3. You can create your own avatar or download one and then upload it using a Unity plugin for the VRChat SDK. This website contains a guide and links to install the SDK https://docs.vrchat.com/docs/choosing-your-sdk

Thanks everyone! You all helped me out and I found out how to get skins and even favorite them! I guess I should've looked around more than asking before, but it still helped me figure out a lot so thanks!
