PC recommendations for vrchat
I want to play vrchat but the pc i have now can barely run it. I'm not looking for one with the most stunning graphics, just a pc that can run not just vrchat but other games with no frame rate issues. I was thinking of getting the HP Pavilion since it seems like it has the requirements to run the game. Any suggestions or tips would be helpful

What PC specs/parts, do you current have now?

If you go for the minimum requirements for this game you're gonna have a very poor experience. Where are you from? What's your budget? And do you 100% want a prebuilt PC?
almost any modern pc right now can run VRchat but I'd recommend you get a good build rather than limit your budget with VRchat specs.

i'm from TN and i'm thinking of a budget between $300 and $600 and i think a prebuilt pc would start me off in the right direction

prebuilts are a good budget way to go but it can limit things like airflow, temps and what GPU you can use

For this game what you want is CPU! I have 5900x and 6900 XT and I suffer in some worlds like Among Us or Spanish Garden because despite having a NASA computer, the CPU has bottleneck in this game. You can have a 3090 but it won't work good enough if you don't pair it with a very strong CPU.

Since GPU’s are some what difficult to get.

I’d recommend a AMD Ryzen APU, it’s basically a CPU with a integrated GPU.

Then, save up for an actual GPU to get more performance.

Something like a “Ryzen 3 2200g” or if you have spare cash “Ryzen 5600g - 5700g”

edit: Also, I found a video benchmark with the “Ryzen 3 3200g”

1080p with 60-90 fps+

There are already good suggestions up here, I'll just add that you'll want *at least* 8 GB of ram. From my personal experience, this game can eat up tons of ram, and VRChat is already unstable enough, so it would probably crash if there's a lot of crap going on and you don't have enough memory available.

16 GB would be ideal but a minimum of 8 GB can handle most things fine, as long as the rest of your specs are good.
