How to do basic fairy wing animation for vrchat model?
I have a navi model and I have zero idea on how to just make the wings do a basic flap i.e. butterfly opening and closing wings, do I need bones to add bones, how do I add bones and how do I add the animation to the model?

just doing gods work
It's fairly easy to add bones to a stock rig from said developers. There's tutorials on how to do it using blender and have added dynamic bones to things like cloth and hair by making my own additional bones to the model. After the additions you have to weight the mesh to each bone and from there animate it into unity.
