This is part of cubed's unity shaders package, I believe, and will only work if you've imported that.
Just remember to set the controller back to None before you upload it again.
Could we get some screenshot imagery for this? So I selected my avatar's Head Jaw in Hierarchy and Add Component -> Animator. Controller-> SD_unitychan_motion_human. Avatar (ChloeAvatar) Update Mode Normal. Culling Mode Always Animate. Anyway, I pressed play and it only zoomed the camera far behind my avatar. I can't see what's going on x_x
The tutorial for jaw rotation on http://vrchat.wikia.com/wiki/Avatar's_mouth_is_open_in_VRChat is outdated. I'm lost. With or without the jaw bone, my character's mouth is always open.
Ensure in Shapekeys(Blendshapes) it looks like the following:
vrc.blink_left
vrc.blink_right
vrc.lowerlid_left
vrc.lowerlid_right
You can move the shapekeys(circled in blue) into the correct order with the arrows(circled in red).

If they aren't in the correct order, VRChat will make your mouth open randomly because it's using the wrong shapekeys.
