How do I upload my avatar?
I have an avatar from my friend, but I do not know how to install it...

Get unity, get the SDK for VRChat and install it in unity. Open the avatar (Which I assume is an FBX. file if you get it from a friend), and then upload it using the SDK. This video will help.
