How can I convert a ZIP file to obj or fbx?

I tried to upload Revali from Breath of the Wild to VRChat.
But the one problem is, it's a Zip file I can't put it to Mixamio and get like all these animations.

I may have miss understood the question, as I'm not familiar with Mixamio, but a zip isn't a file type.

A zip is a compression of one or more files. You can uncompress the files using software like winzip or 7zip (free). Probably once you unzip the file there will be a folder with all the fbx and texture files.
