Use clownfish. I too have a Dalek voice changer and clownfish is the best option. Use the settings 'Old radio' and 'robot' in the effect mixer.

One last tip. You gotta lean in close to your mic and raise your voice for it to be even more authentic. Though this may hurt your throat a little bit after an hour or so.
