If I remember correctly polygons limit max 70,000.

But most people when they are uploading into the world the avatars. They do not really follow the rules and go beyond the polygon's max 70,000 limits.
So technically speaking they can remove your worlds.
There are also other aspects but, I don't really gonna talk about it.
As for this specific case... I don't know if OP has actually been hit by one of them or if they are lying.
Please do not dismiss something without doing actual research into it and saying it is not possible, this is a ongoing issue that actually does hit people who tick off the wrong groups.
