How i can use special emotes on avatars?

Many people have avatars that can dance, cry or something else. How i can get, or use this?

Custom made avatars with those emotes. Either they got them from a world, or uploaded it themselves

If you're using desktop, you can select them in the emote menu, or if they are animations that are triggered by hand gestures, use shift+f1-f8

Which Oculus? The Rift CV1, Rift S, Quest 1 or 2?

Doesn't really matter, the method for getting and creating/uploading the avatars is the same.
