Avatar not available?

I copied some avatars from my friends and always used them.
Today I logged in and I can´t use those copied avatars.

It says "Avatar not available". Why?

I just got the same issue today. I got a really cool avatar with animations, etc. Called Pivot. Really good avatar btw. And now it says "avatar not available" if you have already fixed this then please tell me. I myself think it's because it depends if the owner of the skin is using it. I don't know tho.

it's not depending if the owner use it or not but could depend if the avatar is still... well available.
If the owner of the avatar changed it into private avatar or sometime the owner take it down untill he/she is done reworking on it. If you can contact the avatar owner, you could alway ask if it's normal; otherwise, you could wait a few days to see if it come back.

it means other people who used the avatar got reported and therefore the avatar got removed, happened to my own avatar aswell when I forgot to disable cloning and others stole it, next week I logged it it was also not available anymore

I can't retrieve that avatar anymore, such bs
