Yeah man it works like a dream and simple to use. ^_^
Yeah but this is more simpler and quicker to use then have to download all that stuff. Soundpad takes less the 30 seconds to down load and very easy to use my friend.
Funny how you gripe over $5. XD
I know how you feel and I get it but this costantly gets frequent updates and has wonderful support if something went wrong. But hey what ever floats your boat my dude. Plus takes less time to download if anything.
It's easy, cheap, works for anything to Voice Chats/Games with no hassle.
The Developers are quite active too, also created my very first guide for it.
It works for VR as well with anything you have with an Audio/Microphone.
How I use it is simple, I have to Launch soundpad first and then run VRChat. (Soundpad has a VR Display thing too, which is weird. However running it on Desktop, then VRChat in VR is fine) To play it, I just use the SteamVR Desktop viewer and play my Audio from there without hotkeys or taking my headset off.
It does indeed work for VR as I have 150+ hours with it and even made a guide for it. It's not worthless, it's just not intended for VR usage but it still works with the In-game Desktop VR overlay. Also to include it needs to be ran first in Desktop before you run anything in VR otherwise it'll close on you. As for nobody hearing sounds, that's a user configuration problem, not the application.
Yeah it works with any game. Just upload the sound to SoundPad and set the keybing and when your ingame it will play through the mic it isn't hard.
