They'll probably make an update shouting from the rooftops about it, if they get the green light from Sony and the funds needed, just like they did with Quest support.
(I think it would more likely be a PS5 thing, than PS4, though...)
Stranger things have happened; like, a small indie developer making a simple voxel game about building a farm in a hostile world, that gets insanely popular and is sold wholesale to Microsoft for $2.000.000.000 when the owner of the dev company was done with it...
Its a great game, but I don't think it meets the standards required to be on the Playstation store or their platform in general. At least not yet.

The game's free to play.... and it's probably a big enough issue to make it never happen.
Being published on console usually cost money, and that money needs to be earned back somehow by whoever invested it to have the game ported to console.
