Interesting places to explore?

So far I've found Firelink Shrine which is freaking awesome and linked to other Dark Souls worlds. I've also wandered into a place with a HUGE ferris wheel.

Are there any other must see places for just wandering around and exploring?

Also, I'm struggling to find non-anime style avatars. I haven't been in game long enough to be allowed to upload, so I can't make my own yet. Any suggestions for avatar worlds for non-anime style avatars?

Interesting places to explore, Well peccant canyon is one friend of mine never shuts up about how good it is, Adventure world i think its called is also quite cool to go through, As for non anime avatars nikout's avatar ark has some pretty decent avatars and the V-22 osprey world is also a good place.

try club tornado when you want to go somewhere to dance with friends its pretty sick and u can interact with the buttons to change the scenery.

Yeah that world was taken down a while back but the guy who made it uploaded a new world with Sven Coop HECU models.

No. we want proper avatars. not the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ruined avatars. like for example. the good ol hecu marines replaced with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loli's.
