What free voice changer is the best?

I am looking for a voice changer that is free and has a variety of options. Thank you!

Clownfish is decent. Morphvox jr is a free small version of morphvox pro, which is my personal favorite voice changer.

Clownfish is somewhat useful and free.

Voicemod at first I couldn't recommend, however, I worked around it, it's been working great! Unfortunately, they swap out voices every day for the free version but give you several to use for a day and switch. If you get the Pro version $5 for 3 months, they give you tons of options.

Is there anything you need to setup on VoiceMod?
Which do you recommend for beginners?
And also I need something that works on anything.

If you don't mind paying for one soundpad is good from what i have heard from a friend and its on steam too for like 5 dollars normal price but for the sale its 3 dollars or so

soundpad doesn't seem to have a voice changer though, at least according to the store page. Does it have one?

Im not really sure but my friend that does use it has said it does have a voice changer feature or i could be thinking of someone else ill ask him later.

I use it regularly on a daily basis every time I run VRChat. It's used to play .MP3 Audios.

No voice changers at all, and not anywhere to be found in the application.

It is a good Software though to play sounds and such.

Thanks for the heads up. I tried cloudfish but except for the deep male voice nothing really sounds human.

rovee vst is a relatively versatile Voice Changer, which also reproduces a sweet voice,
I am concerned about the high occurrence rate of noise.
