How to create an avatar using an MDL, vvd or dx90.vtx files?

I recently got off my lazy behind to make an avatar. I eventually chose the model I wanted to use which was a folder with various Halo Reach Spartan models I could use to make a model, however it was from SFM Lab meaning the model was designed for SFM and not VRchat. I haven't found any ways to put the model into Blender so far.

Just a FYI HL2 Armatures are different than normal armatures you see on a typical armature. You gotta know what you are doing to get them working as the bone lineup is different.
