How to record VRChat with OBS?

I am having a tough time trying to figure out how to record VRChat through OBS with a small window and with good audio to capture my good VR moments. Can anyone help me please?

I use the window capture, and set the app to record to vrchat. That way the recording is full screen even though the desktop window is still small

How about voice and recording other people talking. I tried testing that with Fraps. I got sound with that plus very good quality recording but I coudn't hear my voice at all. Can I get voice recording in OBS when Fraps didn't?

I just use it and everything works. Didn't really set anything up. In the sound tab on obs, you can select which mic you want it to record along with the video

try a VR plugin called OpenVR, you should be able to find an easy tutorial by searching "OBS OpenVR recording tutorial"
