Camera Screenshot / Oculus Rift
Sorry to sound stupid and perhaps slightly nieve but having played the game for a good 500 hours and having recently returned with the Camera update i'm wondering how it works when it comes to screenshots through Steam regarding Oculus Rift?

I know what the fetures on the camera do, but i was just curious how exactly i would be able to take steam screenshots (or saved screenshots in a seperate folder if that's the case) by using it. If this isn't possible, i assume i'd still have to use the Steam Screenshot application?

Screenshot you take with your camera are not steam screenshot. You should find your pictures you took with your camera in your images folder on your pc, in a folder named VRChat.

like Doranos said, you can take pictures with the camera in-game but they won't show up as Steam screenshots. to take screenshots in-game, press and hold the Menu button on the left Rift controller down then press the trigger. a notification will pop up and you can share it via Steam.

on the left controller, you need to hold down the menu button and squeeze the trigger. then after a second or so you'll hear a camera sound.

Job done :)

When used, the ingame camera saves pictures to your Pictures/VRChat folder.

The Steam screenshot feature works differently. Hold the left button (the one with three lines on it), hold left trigger, then let go.
