Basically, when that player decides to kick you will get a pop up message in vrchat.

You won't be able to move.

but what does that have to do with moderators being notified of my "behavior"? i know the owner of instanced worlds can kick but i don't have any clue as to why moderators would need to be notified that i'm apparently a bad boi

it happened to me too -.- i were in a place with a friend (on the game of the werewolf) and one said that since i were not playing i were asked to get the f**k out and for joke i just did the middle finger and run away (and was just a joke!) and so, got insta-kicked for bad behavior which notifies the moderators -.- such a child behavior :P ofc, tried to come back, but not able to move or do anything that at end i just close-forced the game and restart it :P ofc, was the moderator of the instance to kick me... and without even a warn before proceeding to the kick -.- like geee....if i were the host of the instance i would surely give a warn to the player before kicking....at least 3 chances and then kick....but giving me of bad behavior? pfft they could behave more nice with me :/ and if the moderator gets me, please try to understand me, because there are people without minds on there :/

The owner of the instance is a god. They can decide who stays and who gets kicked. Regardless of how "nice" and "good" you are acting if they want you gone there's nothing stopping them and that is fine. Just go to another instance. If you want to avoid this entirely, make a friends only/invite only instance to control who is in the room.

i see :/ but if they abuse it, then somebody must report it or i do the report :/ because if happens too much or over 2 times, then just i'd like to talk to a moderator and say that this one is abusing of his powers. (or so, in-voice is good tough)

No you don't understand. In the eyes of the devs the world owner can kick/moderate how they see fit. It's like a server for a game you enjoy (BF3 or Minecraft for example). You trying to report a server owner on a game is just silly. If you have an issue with a particular world/instance owner, just go to another world/instance.
