Avatar has white eyes and no pupil.

When in unity the avatar has its pupils, but when I upload it to the game, its eyes are completely white. Are there any fixes for it?

Yeah, I have this same problem too. I don't exactly know how to fix it but I believe it has to do the shaders on the eye materials. However I've hopped onto the game one time only to find my avatars eyes were working, then later as I finished adding features to it in excitement I found the pupils vanished again.
