so how do i get guns?

iv seen people with them that seem to be able to use them freely and not just use the thingy in the menu to play just an animation but shoot with the controller like in a shooting vr game.

They are a animation override. You make a animation and override vrchats default hand gestures with your own which can activate another gameobject such as a gun.

Its just an animation, it's not like you'll "kill" someone with it lol. There are also facial animations tied to gestures with some avatars.

Fun Fact: If you join Capture the Flag or the Sheriff mini game you can hit respawn when you are in the arena and it will put you back into the spawn area with any weaopns you are holding.

I knew it was just an animation but it seemed some guns you play it and it shoots once and others can hold it and and shoot any where by pulling the trigger on there vr controllers
