New Help. Uploading an avatar for somebody else

I'm logged in to their account in Unity and I am trying to upload a avatar I made for them but it says something about them not having access to the blueprint and that I need to detach it from pipeline manager but it shows nothing in there

I found out why it wasn't working, I was in animation mode and the blueprint didn't show, but stopped animation mode and the blueprint appeared so I could detach it
