VRChat
Can you play with only VR controllers and no headset?
I was wondering if it is possible to play with just two vro controllers and no headse, just using the screen?

It is possible but very VERY clunky and inefficient. Your gonna have to put down one controller to move the mouse so you can look around and moving an object while keeping your eyes on it? Forget about it. You will get so frustrated that you will just stick to desktop mode

Aight cool thanks, I'm probably just going to use a DK2 and they maybe invest in the CV1

Im not sure what that means, but check your compatibility before hand.

No, both VR headsets' controllers require their respective headset to work at all. You can't use the controllers at all if you don't have the headset, because they specifically connect with the headset to aid in tracking.

No reason to if you're just going to use the controllers. Better to use mouse and keyboard if you're not going to use the headset.

You still have to emulate a HMD, can't use the razer hydra on it's own.
