That breaks unity now....
If you don't mind a couple bugs.... the lower half of the iris and pupil is exposed and it walks on it's toes for some reason. I don't know if the jaw actually works.

Settings I used: under transform the Scale X Y Z values should be set to 0.54 (pokedex says feraligatr is 2.31 meters and I measured from the top of the head not scales on the head)
Under VRC_Avatar Descriptor the view position I used is X 0, Y 2.025, Z 2.3 For Lipsync select Jaw Flap Bone and click the box next to Jaw and it will open a box. In there select Jaw.
It literally took me 1min, but it doesn't have animations or colliders so when you do emotes its hands will go through its body, you need to add them, unless you don't mind that
