Remove custom Avatar

So I uploaded my 1st avatar, and I somehow managed to gimp it by making the arms really small, is there a way to remove it?

Easy, In Unity (on the file, edit, assets bar) you select VRChat SDK, then Manage Uploaded Content. Everything you uploaded is in there. You may need to drag the window to make it larger so you can see the delete button.

Thanks because I created an avatar but the stuff on the avatar was pink even though I added textures and shaders.

I would do that but because i let someone add it to my collection because im too stupid to do so i dont have the file and now i want to remove it but cant and i dont have contact to this person anymore so she cant do it as well and after that i would need someone to add a new avatar but its just too complicated i hate this

You don't need the files to remove an avatar; just log in unity and like said in here 4 years ago, just remove it. Can't help about the "adding a new avatar" though.
