Login problems

Hello!
Recently I created a character via Steam. I have not set any password or e-mail for the account, because Steam didn't ask me to do that. Then I disconnected the character from Steam, and now I am not able to log in to that character. When I click on it, the game asks me to put a password. I also don't have an e-mail to this account so I can not ask for a new password. Is there any chance I can get this character back or should I stop trying to get it back?

Same with my character. Unable to login, and I just spent money on her. This makes me very sad. Im about to cut my loses and give up. It was fun while it lasted tho. GG

Palya Games Support helped me with the problem. I had to send a bank payment confirmation for the mushrooms. They gave me a new password and set up an email.

Update to my post above - I was able to retrieve my character by finding out what my actual name was - I could not remember it because I used a randomly generated one. I made a new character and logged on to the same server I was on, went to the guild I was apart of, got her name and was able to login with it. Crisis averted. Sigh of relief followed. You can cancel the ticket I made for it if anyone from support is reading this. :D
