Program Text Bug!
I only just started playing this game yesterday but when I tried to log on last night I got this text bug...I saw some other posts about very similar issues but after trying everything suggested in those posts..no luck. I'm really hoping there's some fix for this!

All of the text in the game was changed to well... I saw other people referring to it as 'Program Text'. It would say things like [reg_login]. There was someone else that posted here a while ago with the same issue but they said uninstalling and restarting worked for them...this didn't work for me

Select a different language in the game, then switch back to your default language. Does it work?

Please enter "-log" in the launch options. This might enable your language again. If not, please find the file "player.log" on your HDD and send it.

Did you update the game to the latest version?
Also make sure to add it as an exception in case your firewall or antivirus software etc. blocks it.

Oh good news! It's fixed! Thank you for your help...I'm not sure how it got fixed but if you were responsible then I am very grateful!

ok umm...bad news..again. The bug is back...I'm not sure why this is happening..seems fairly random so maybe I just have to wait for it to go away?

Please send your player.log file again. Also makes sure no fireball or antivirus blocks the game.

Where should that player.log file be? I have the same issues after I come to UK. It doesn't work from browser (can't reach it), and localisation is broken on steam.

It's in the directory C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Playa Games GmbH\Shakes _ Fidget

Replace USERNAME with your Windows user name.
