can't login

I haven’t been able to log into the game on my Steam characters for several weeks now. Are you going to fix this at all?

The character was not found on this game world. Maybe it has been renamed by our support or deleted from another device."

this is errors when choosing a character

I'm casual and don't follow game news, but I noticed that many people here have a similar problem. Why don't the developers fix it for everyone?

This is a massive problem, and clearly a bug in the server consolidation algorithms. The problem must be solved for everyone, not individually.

Write a ticket to your support instead of me, in the body of the letter indicate my problem that all the characters linked to Steam after the merger of the worlds are not available to enter the game.

You have to write the support cuz your character was renamed thats why you cannnot login.

One of my characters fixed, but still can not login with error "WRONG PASSWORD! The password you entered is not correct. In case you forgot your password please click here."

I'm waiting for my other characters to be fixed so I can access them
