Jackobu pet

I can't find the Jackobu pet.
It says I can find him in Black Water Swamp during witching hour (00:00-01:00). I have waited and did my mission for like 5 nights and I still couldn't find him. In one night I got 5 missions on Black water swamp, from which, one was red with sparkles (indicating it's a special mission), but still, I didn't get Jackobu. My current time is the same as the one the servers are running on (CEST), and yet, after I did quests after 00:00 and until 01:00 am, I did not get the pet. I even waited one night after 1am, in case the time zones were mismatched and guess what, after 1am my day got reset (thrist, and everything). Judging by the fact that 1am is the hour that the quests reset, how many hours before or after the reset hour should I play to get Jackobu?

Enter /time in guild chat to display the server time. Is it your local time? Moreover, you need to unlock the pet in its habitat first.

I did and it seems the server is one hour behind me, so instead, I have to search for Jackobu between 23:00 and 24:00.
