what are the various levels of gems, and are there every stat gems or just single stat?

Black gem add stat to all attributes, others are single attribute. gem level depdends on Hall of Knights and gem mine's level. to get good gem, you probably need a good guild.

ok, because i cant find a good wiki for this easily, are all gems made teh same? as in there are 3 ranks of gems and they all the same stat levels? also, these black gems, do they give every stat the same as a single stat gem, or are they lower makeing single stat gems better?
