Not able to connect (fixed)

Not able to connect with my character since last patch. Character screen shows up and i can log into game hud, but nothing loads to interact by clicking, character not seeable too. But I can connect with a new account into this world. -- im in w31.sfgame.net - Aragid


Update- 12. Oct.: I have my character 'stored locally' in steam since i began with him. I tried to connect him with a created account today (Steam and new S&F Acc), but i can't reach him because i get the notification 'Maintenance work' after i try to connect. I cannot do anything to connect my character again with my steam account to get him work. New created characters can connect, the problem is only with existing characters.

Update- 13. Oct.: I wrote a ticket. After describing the problem and sending screenshots i got a short answer:
"We are very sorry, we have forwarded this issue to our team. This is currently being fixed as soon as possible."
--I don't know if he/they mean my case or the whole case because i described i am not the only one with this problem.

Seems to be fixed, i can connect with my character, thanks to the devs

Same around her. Its about the steam connection. Other accounts are working

Uninstalling the game, installing the game from scratch or verifying your local Steam files (of the game) might help too: Right-click the game in your library -> properties -> verify local game files.

I didn't test uninstalling and reinstalling (too much hassle -_-), verifying does nothing though.

Not able to get past character selection. Verifying the steam files didn't help.

it is 2023 and the game looks the same as in 2015..... xD Same problems with servers.

I also can't log in from Steam.
Additionally, I selected my newest character and "deleted it from my device"; Then Imported it back using Steam. I still couldn't log on, but it also created a new, generic looking, character icon on my selection screen.

It creates a generic looking character for me as well anytime I try to login with an existing character.
