You collect "stickers" from each item you earn or find on your toon, each item equipped on an opponent you beat in a battle and each monster you deafeat in a Quest or Dungeon fight. As the competion e percantage of the scrapbook goes up, it increases the amount of Exp. you get for each activity by that percentage (or close to it- it moves in fractions , but it's close enough). So 10% completion means 10% additional Exp. for all activities that give Exp.

Ye, he has spammed the entire board in every thread with the same exact comment. I get that he is upset after not getting shrooms using Steam Wallet to pay for tem, and e lost some cash. But he needs to deal with Steam and Playa to get it worked out. Not spam every thread.
