Dungeon Keys

I'm fairly certain that I'm just unlucky, but want to make sure. Is it possible to entirely miss a dungeon key?

I'm halfway through the magma flows currently, and still have yet to see the key for the toxic tree. Hoping that I didn't miss some sort of level window that will cut me out of the dungeons.

There's two ways to get it thru neck n ring vender or thru quest lol one my guys bought it other two got it in a adventure lol
