Fix your game
Since the event the Steam Version is unplayable, always lagging out, errors etc.
I know that you are having lot to do since theres a new update coming out but pls fix the steam version.
Anybody else has the same Problems?

I'm glad this was free to play and I didn't spend any money on it. About to just go find a different game with as many problems as I had. (Just started this weekend and now can't even log in to play.)
Unfortunately, we had some problems with account validation. Today we released a new patch (new registration screen with either Steam connection or your email address). We will fix all other problems as soon as possible.

Usually reommended:

1) log out of an account and log back in
2) restart Steam
3) right-click the game in your Steam library and verify your local game files:

"Verify Integrity of Game Files

From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes."

If the problem persists please send an in-game support ticket by either clicking the "?" icon -> contact support or filling in all required fields in your browser: http://www.sfgame.net/support/?mode=1

Why can't you roll back your messed up update and kick the ball into our court? Your your trying to accomplish what with this tactic? I have the steam version. So i dont have an account with you just my steam version. Fix this ASAP this is BS.

I get this when i try to log in, if your have alot issues you should roll back until you can fix them.

Do you have other accounts? Log in to another account, log out, log in to your first acount again. If it still does not work, restart Steam.

I had your problem too...restarting Steam fixed it. We are still working on automatic account validations. The patch will be live as soon as possible.

None of that worked, I'd like to be able to play seems there is this oktober feat thing going on. Why would you do this now?

So basically your saying you don't care and I'm out of luck. Fix this man, or set me a pw and so i can log into the web version.

How is that going to help me, this is on steam, i dont have email with you guys or a password.

If possible I'd like to use the web version of this game to avoid these issues.
