Battlemage VS Scout

I've been thinking of making a new character, but cannot decide between a Battlemage or Scout. I've read that when it comes to dunegons, the Scout is always ahead of the other classes, but the fantasy of a Battlemage sounds cooler. Also I don't really know much about the class.

I would like to hear from the SFGame community what you think is better for you overall.

well battlemage seems completely useless as far as i've seen. The only difference between battlemage and warrior is the fact that battlemage does some kind of mage attack as his first attack (which is repelled most of the time) and then does as much damage as a normal warrior (except you have no shield and you don't have as much health as a normal warrior).

Scout is a lot better because he mostly evades all the hits of pretty much everything except of mage

battlemage has a starter attack wich only works agains non magic characters and also 40% reduction agains magic characters basicly a tank agains mages and a good starter attack agains the rest but beside of that its like a warrior without shield

exactly. It needs a buff. Like, a lil more damage than the scout but less than the mage.

lvl 226 battlemage here. my advise: avoid battlemages. I think is the worst against any other class (i do attack only battlemages to have a chance to win) and nothing special against monsters
