How to set an email and password

Hello,
Can someone help me how I can on steam set email and password to play on mobile or another devices? When I click on X and set an email and password it write me I need to click on verification email. But it doesnt come any emai. I try a lot of email adresses on different domains. But still othing come. I wrote to support 14 days ago but no response. So I try it 7 days ago again and still nothing. The response should come to email?

I tried getting this solved months ago, and it i never got an email after at least 10 tries.

sometimes certain mails do not work, best if you try to send from some other source (like gmail)
