Is it worth leveling dexterity and intelligence much? Especially for clearing dungeons.

Not really.
You can put some points in it, but the difference is minimal.

I have found as a scout INT and STR helps clear dungeons. I usually just train it when the cost is very trival though.

Scouts clear dungeons much faster due to the fact that a lot of dungeon enemies roll either str or dex. Mages have it the worst, which is kinda lame.

The + int and str do help abit, but it's a waste of gold if you put more than a few points in them.

As a warrior, yes. You can try to keep it as high as possible, but don't sacrifice too much STR or CONST.
Warriors have the lowest damage of all the classes, so most of the damage comes from the crits.
