Black Gems Change?

Hello there. It is really hard to find any information about this game itself so maybe it will be better to ask there.
There were change to black gems drop? I remember that about half year ago I used to found them on my low-lvl character (somewhere around lvl 50-60) while our guild had ~200 overall level of Hall of Knights.

Now my guild growth a lot, I`m level 260+, we have over 400 knights and one player with 16 lvl of Hall and noone can find even a single black gem.

So my question is: there is anyone who actually know the real requirements for them?

Having a guild membe with a 15HoK is enough. I've found 2 black gems today, so I'd say it comes down to luck.
Which server are you playing on, btw?

Speaking about luck.. I have HoK 15 same as our leader from months. I mine gems every day in my lvl 15 Gem Mine, yet i didnt see a single black gem..
Same as my guildies.. whats broken here ?

RNG probably. I have character filled with black gems right now. Suddenly i started to mine them. Even 2 per day...
