So everyday she wants a different kinds of items for sacrifice ? How much ? and what does it give so far i gave her 5-7 helemts and all i got is nothing ?

If you sacrifice an item to the witch, you'll get gold.
You get twice as much gold as if you would sell it in shops.
You can sacrifice as much as you want.

OH GOD i wasted so much mushrooms and money refreshing the taverns to get helmets annd all this for some junk gold .. FUUUUU

Depends. Has your server unlocked all enchantments yet? If so, yes, she's just a better gold vendor. If not, sacrificing progresses towards unlocking the next enchantment.
