So, I had made it all the way to level 20, but after beating it level 21 was still locked for some reason. I've tried beating it multiple times, restarting the game, and walking around the world map a bit, but nothing seems to work.

I just completed the game, but didn't get these achievements. I have definitely died and dashed more than 100 times. I also tried to do these in one level without leaving but it didn't work.
