Pretty sure this is a myth. I've seen people also saying this in the FC and SC discussions.
Edit: As a slight clarification, the achievement activated upon claiming the quartz, not upon meeting the requirement. It's also specifically 300 battles and not necessarily 300 wins -- I got it with 300 battles and 299 wins. You can thank everyone's favorite bodyguard for that revelation.
Mind posting some screenshot of them?
The name is Mirror (Japanese name is Heavenly Mirror) and it's a fire element quartz.
It gives the following elemental points: earth 6, fire 8, space 4.
The character it's equipped on loses 20% of their max HP, but has a 50% chance to reflect any physical attack used on them.
And from a Japanese wiki I've been using...
The other quartz is Reflect (Japanese name is Demonic Mirror), and it's a water element quartz. You get this quartz at the same place and time, but you have to run from over 300 battles. You can only get one or the other on a single playthrough.
It gives these elemental points: Water 8, wind 6, mirage 4.
The character it's equipped on loses 30% of their max EP and gains a 50% chance to reflect any arts that are used on them.
There is also only 1 set of goggles for a small chunk of the chapter which is a pain.
Here's the Mirror quartz. I cannot provide evidence for the other one, but since I only knew about it due to sources like omgfloofy in the first place, and it matches the description, I'm fully willing to assume that the other is also true.
Though I am only in chapter 3 or 4?
Have I already qualified for the physical mirror item, or will I have to continue playing through the game and NEVER running at all basically until I can grab the item?
You have already qualified, but Mirror doesn't become available until the final chapter. So you have to keep your 'flee' count at 0 until that point.
Should I just spam fleeing on chapter 6-7 to get this then?
