Does the PSVR version of Raw Data have multiplayer and online features?

So, I noticed that there wasn't an offical community for online play in Raw Data, so I decided to take the mantle and create the official one. Overnight, I got 2 members to join, and the first player to join and I went into a party and chatted a bunch, while trying to get into co-op. Nothing. I looked a few vids, and hours later I found one video with two people in the showroom and the option "Multiplayer" on the bar, but I don't have it. Singleplayer only. Is it because I own the PSVR version or do I have to complete the whole game?

PSVR version doesn’t have multiplayer capabilities. Believe they are working on it.
