On Windows 7 x64 Home FR, the game crashed on the title screen with my default video card (Intel HD 3000). Swapping to my GeForce fixed the issue. I had no logs.

EDIT : Still does that after the recent update.

I did not get any actual crashes, but i have had the situation where all visible fields were filled 2 times and i did not get "win" status while in adventure mode. First time i had it was on level 7, i then restarted and got same issue on level 4. The problem could be that i dont see all cells, i assumed that was part of the puzzle.
I play on windows 10.
P.S. I added a screenshot to my profile...
P.P.S. I changed resolution to non-widescreen and i see alot more, though still missing 1 field (see second screenshot).

My gold counter stopped at 9999.

Your Steam config seems to have an issue, the game runs the .NET installer every time it launches.

Once the number of givens is down to 25, most of the puzzles generated do not have unique solutions. This needs to be fixed properly.

It's an old Steam bug. Unfortunately we cannot fix it. You can read about it and possible solution here http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/666827247938972520/.

Can you please post a screenshot with such puzzles?
captain_video Jul 2, 2016 @ 12:09pm
Screenshots aren't necessary. There are plenty of 9x9 Sudoku solvers available on the net, pick one and generate a few 9x9 puzzles with 25 givens, plug them into the solver, and see for yourself.

That is necessary. In order to fix a bug, if there is one, we need to know what exactly is not working. Your description is too abstract and we can spend a lot of time looking for something that might even not be present. If you provide a screenshot of puzzle with a problem you've described we'll investigate the issue.

I deeply regret buying this game. A sharply negative review is pending.

I think what @captain_video means is that these puzzles are generated in such a way that there can be more than one solution. I noticed that in one of my games, anyway, and it was disappointing.

My issue might be related. When playing Adventure Mode, I can't progress past the overlapping puzzle (level 4 or something like that). I know I have to fill in the X's but when I've done it nothing ever happens. Could it be an issue caused by multiple solutions?

Whatever is causing it, it's frustrating. :(

If you're talking about level 4, it's the first Overlapped Sudoku in Adventure mode. Are you sure that you've filled all the Xs? You need to scroll a board to see all the parts. In any case, after filling all Xs there should be a message that you've completed the quest and you can progress and also a button (arrow) in bottom right corner in case you close this message.

I didn't know there was a way to move the board around. I read through the section on how to play but it doesn't mention anything like that ...

I'll go mess around with the game to see how it's done. Thank you.

Edit: Yes, that was it! Thanks again. I suggest putting that detail somewhere in the game to make it more intuitive. :)
