giving/receiving chips?

How do people ask for chips? Most of the time people are giving chips, but how is this done?

Upper right, the little people icon, that's your friends list. Once a day you can give to all friends. You get to claim an activity for that. But only once a day. So go make friends. You can have up to 200. I check mine every few weeks for people who are not in a team and made NO chips in the past week, remove those. Have fun

Well you can ask in chat (assuming you're in a team.) But asking doesn't matter. You can only give chips to people in your friends list and only once a day, and you can't even decide how much to give. Kinda limiting. But if you build up a lot of friends, you do get free chips every day, and those perks for giving to more than ten people help.

Most team mates have limited english. In notifications I receive the chips, and in the friends
icon I can give chips but only if they are lit up. this is more of a just wondering ?.

That's all you can do. If someone just becomes your friend, you can give and get chips right away. But everyone, it's only once a day. And no one needs to speak anything, it's all up on the friends icon, gift all. You will get them at random times, based on when people play.
But thats it. Not like you can gift anyone on your own. Though I know some people will try to get in a game with a friend who can lose intentionally.... I don't know how to start a private table and invite anyone myself. Regular games fill so fast the invite a friend option is kinda useless.
