what is a "shark?" achievement?

I logged on today and completed a shark achievment/badge but it doesn't say what it is anywhere in game.

Also devs, could you please be a better with patch notes? There isn't another game in my steam library that is as bad as you at communicating whats new in game. Thanks.

After the login I was already a "shark". I could see that the reward was 30 gold, but nowhere was an explanation what this achievement, which appears under my name now, means.

But according to my experiences I don't really expect an answer.

Hi guys,

You can get titles now, these are: Shark, High Roller and VIP.
These are to give some status when you have proven poker skills.

The titles are communicated whenever your name is visible, for example in the poker rooms, friends list and in your profile. Special graphics and effects are added to show you have this special status title.

When you get your chips above a certain amount, you will unlock a title and complete an achievement. The achievement will give you a reward and will always be yours.

The title can be lost again though, when your chip balance drops below the minimal amount required for that title.

Currently the titles and their required chip amount are:
Shark >= 500K
High ROller >= 5M
VIP >= 100M

Thanks again for the reply. When an achievement is completed you can not read what the requirement and reward was.

do you need to win 500k chips or have 500k chips, because they are completly different things

You need to have a bank of that amount.
