It is awful, it is rigged, the dealer is sucking chips with 20 after 20, 21's every few hands, 99% of the time the dealer will have a 7 or 8 the gets a 10 to go with it every time, if not he'll get a 3 or 4 and then a 10 and end up with 20 or 21.
Reaching out to support is a joke, they dismiss out of hand if they can be bothered to do anything at all. I've played another 1000 hands of BJ this week and I can assure you, it is rigged as hell.
This game has made me unhappy, even angry at how rigged it is. Even the levelling system you employ is obvious, sad, but I think i'll be giving up on this game soon, I can't cope with the stress it causes every time I play and the obvious rigging that goes on.

Put in 10 million at the start of a new private table where I went in with 400 million game lags and crashes next thing I see when I get back on is that 400 million gone. It isn’t such a big deal to me as I can easily get it back by just playing or spending money on it. but I lost that 400 million to a bug and not at my own fault that’s what’s anoying about it.
