i always thought i was a good poker player. cus i only play spin&win (3ppl, 500 chip each. i play the smallest pot), and i have won 1 million by my own hands. but head to head really brought me a bad day. any small probability event that u can imagine has already happened to me just in this afternoon. AQ got beaten by 36, KK lost to 78, both me and my oppenent are A5 but he got flush....all happend at the final rounds.

i only got 200 coins, but i didnt even have played over 20 rounds. i know it's all normal on the table, any thing could happen. but i just got extremely unlycky today, and i lost all my coins.

Yeah, once the newness wears off, head to head probably won't get much traffic unless they get off the wimpy pay-offs. Needs less chips, more coin.

Maybe around one coin per successful round. At the same time, cut way back on chip rewards. Other games on the site, it takes chips, it pays chips. The heads up takes coin.

You can get free coins by meeting certain goals (100 blackjack wins, 500 straights, etc..) Pretty easy at first, but get scarce after awhile. I just wish I'd known back when I first started a coin for play category was coming. I blew most of my coin on bling bling like dorky hats. Anybody wanna buy a black rose pin or a raggedy hat with an arrow stuck through it?

haha, you get that hat for free after completing a certain achievement(don't remember which one exaclty). But your idea to trade hats for gold is a good one (or at least to sell back the hat for at least half of its original price)

Yeah, that's what happens when developers find out other people are eating three meals a day! That's the reason they make the games - to make money. It's just a fine line in how much can be charged before the juice is no longer worth the squeeze.

I'm pretty fed up with this game. 2 days after giving them $5.00 for more chips I could no longer get connected to the game. ALL the chips are still in my account, THEY took my money and I'm locked out. I've been told to reinstall the game. I've done that over half a dozen times since this problem started. All I get is the opening screen, about 2 seconds of the activity spinner, then nothing. No connect button, no activity spinner. The only way I can close out is to stop it through Windows Task Manager.
This is now the second game I've been unable to access that I got through Steam.
Hey, Poker developers, make my game work or refund my money.

Hi Rolex, sorry to hear as we try our best to get everybody in the game. I double checked and learned that a dev did look into the issue with you. But it was hard to solve as there was little info and an outdated system that had similar problems with other games?
If you got your email connected, you could also play on your mobile. I know that's not ideal, but still an option. :) If you don't got an email connected, please contact support and tell them about this page and we can help you out.
