Settings Input Sync

• The settings interface now stays in sync with the wrist input state

• When wrist input is disabled, settings controls are visually dimmed and non-interactive, with a banner reminding you to double-tap your controllers to re-enable input

• The back button always remains accessible

• Settings opened via the floating UI are unaffected and remain fully interactive
